Any cancellations must be in writing and has to be made through corresponding email ID firstname.lastname@example.org or fax: 02-323592 ONLY.
The following cancellation charges apply:
Prior to 30 Days of Arrival – Peak Season: *50% of the total amount (*100% of the total amount for festival). Off Season: 25% of the total amount
Prior to 14 Days of Arrival – Peak Season: 70% of the total amount. Off Season: 50% of the total amount
Within 14 Days of Arrival/ No shows – Peak Season: 100% of the total amount Off Season: 100% of the total amount.
Check In/Out Policy
1. Check in time is 3 PM-9 PM
2. Check out time is 12 Noon
3. For check outs beyond 12 pm, we will grant an extension without charge if requested in advance, subject to availability.
4. Beyond 6 pm full night charges
5. All arrivals prior to 6 am are billed from the previous night.
1. Children under 6 years and below sharing room with parent without extra bed, complimentary on rooms and breakfast.
2. Children between 6 to 12 years sharing room with parent with no extra bed requirement is 50% charge on Food.
3. Children between 6 to 12 years sharing room with parent using extra bed is chargeable and 50% charge on Food.
